Exta Darts For Sniper Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror
To get 5-10 times more darts for your sniper weapon, you must get enough kills with the darts you have to fill up to 100% in your career rating place.
There are four places to get 100% on. The first instance you earn this, you will get five times the number of darts. Each successive accomplishment will increase the dart total.

TL glitch online (Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror)
If you go online for syphon filter you would know that some people put target lock (TL) as disabled.......go to options in the online menu at the top and go to the options and put the arget lock to disabled.Join a disabled target lock game and click start when you are in the game,a menu will pop then click options , then click on toggles and then click square to reset it will still say its disabled but see for yourself that its not...........everyone else will have to aim themselves but yo :)
