If you go online for syphon filter you would know that some people put target lock (TL) as disabled - go to options in the online menu at the top and go to the options and put the arget lock to disabled.Join a disabled target lock game and click start when you are in the game,a menu will pop then click options , then click on toggles and then click square to reset it will still say its disabled but see for yourself that its not - - everyone else will have to aim themselves but yo :)
