Cooperative Mode in Every Mission
Complete "The Fourth Survivor" sub-mission (on any difficulty) to unlock co-op play for all missions including sub-missions. Choose "Begin with 2 players" on the character select menu (it is a graphic that appears to be 2 guns on the right side of the screen) to play co-op.

Handcannon -Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles
In the "Fourth Survivor" scenario, there is a hidden room in the police station's lobby near the front door. HUNK will glance at the doors upon entering. Shoot them, enter the room and you will find the Handcannon inside on a desk.
