Extra Health & Power -No More Heroes
When you get to the location of a boss battle, there are usually 2 boxes nearby. One box will contain health, and the other a battery recharger. If you enter the nearby save room (or simply leave the area) and return to the location of the boxes, both will return, full of items for you to grab once more.

New Game + (No More Heroes)
How to unlock: Beat the game, save, and load that save to begin a New Game +. In the new game you will have all the money you in your previous playthrough in addition to all of the clothes you found and bought. All jobs and missions will be unlocked as well as some new shirts at Area 51.

True Ending No More Heroes
Description: See the game's real, "true" ending,

Motorcycle Wiimote Controls -[No More Heroes ]
Description: Basic Wii remote controls for your motorcycle
1) If you are riding full speed on your motorcycle, try tilting the Wii remote upwards. This will allow you to jump cars and other obstacles.

2) if you press the brakes suddenly and then tilt your Wii remote to the left or right as you do, your motorcycle will quickly tilt 90 degrees in the way you were pointing. The use for this is obvious very quick turns!

Description: Unlock a harder difficulty (called "Bitter")
How to: You have to win the game once through on a easier difficulty level.

Hidden Combo No More Heroes
Description: When charging up your beam katana for the special attack, release the A button and then keep pressing it. Travis will perform a charged combo which does a lot of damage to regular enemies and bosses. This should help with defeating the secret boss.
