How to: Find the Projects folder in your game’s main folder. Open the XML documents you find there in Wordpad and do the following for the desired result:

For More Money - CTRL + F the word "budget" and you should find a line that says something like: Change the number in quotes to something higher, and suddenly your budget will increase exponentially.

For More Time - CTRL + F the word "time" and you should find a line that says something like: Change the number to something higher to give yourself more time.

For Looser Quality Demands - CTRL + F the word "quality" and you should find a line that says something like: Change the numbers to 1, meaning you will have to have the least amount of quality stars to reach minimal demands.
