Mammoth: Name one of your exhibits "Stone Age".
Triceratops: Name an exhibit "Cretaceous Corral".

2X Donations (Zoo Tycoon)

Bonus (Zoo Tycoon)
When you are low on money, build and exhibit and put all your species in it(if you have enough), and you will get the award for most diverse zoo, and $30,000 bonus. (thanks: Ozzy)

Jurassic Park *Zoo Tycoon*
Name a guest "Barney". If the guest dress like Barney, it is working. Then "Bad Weekend". Then look Freedom game menu. Look for Jurassic Park. Open it, then you see guest running. Also dinosaurs run free. Put it in an exhibit, then the dinosaur under Adopt Animals.

Cut-off Salaries *Zoo Tycoon*
Name a tour guide Rosalie and all your tour guied's salaries will turn to zero.

Instant Money
Press Shift+4 (basically like typing the $), and you will get an instant $10,000.

HINTS
Animals smash your buildings (Zoo Tycoon)
Put all the animals in the same exhibit and then let them free. They will tear down your trees trample your paths and reduce your buildings to rubble.

Turn off Foliage Drawing -Zoo Tycoon
Press Ctrl-F to turn off the drawing of all foliage on the map. Hitting Ctrl-F again will turn it back on.

Blinking Cursor Zoo Tycoon
Some people said that they had a bug in their game, and it was a blinking cursor. Well I never had this bug n my games, but I noticed if you press ctrl + c it makes your cursor blink. If you want it to not blink just press ctrl + c again and it will turn off! (thanks: Xanadu)

Name any staff you have:
Crocodile Hunter - Goes in to a croc's exhibit
Tom Kenny - Fat man
Weird Al Yankovic - Let all animals out of exhibits

Killer Penguins (Zoo Tycoon)
Put Herbivore with a penguin. Their will cartoon-like dust everywhere. Then all penguins are mean. (Even one you just adopt).

More Money
Put 10 different animals in the same exhibit.

Make a fountain go Haywire -Zoo Tycoon
Go to the menu where you by fountains, right click on the Elephant Fountain and press shift, ctrl, alt at the same time and your fountain will spray water all over the place and soak your guests.

Eloping Keepers -Zoo Tycoon
When you have problems with eloping keepers construct on your exhibit entrance tile enough picket fence to keep the keeper out of your park. Buy the keeper, put him on an existing path and click the exhibit on his workchedule, then place the keeper in the exhibit and as you will see the animals will benefit from maximum caretaking of the zookeeper. Add Money
This method works for Freeform games only, for the scenarios you have to edit scnXX.scn, where XX means the number of the scenario, and which is located in the scenario.zip.

Open config.zip, then search for the file economy.cfg. Open it with Notepad, the search the following line:cash=50000. Enter the amount of money you would like to have, than save the file. When you start a new game you will have the cash you wanted. I discovered this myself,so if you use this cheat on your web site then please give me the credits. (thanks: zsocy)

My Name is Darth Vader
Name any staff person "Darker Side". Then Darth Vader will be on Hire Staff.

Note (Zoo Tycoon) When using the "name an exhibit" cheat, be sure that you let the game name the exhibit for you, then go back and name the exhibit as noted in the cheat. Not doing so may cause the game to crash.

Elmer Fudd
To get Elmer Fudd work for you. Name an exhibit "Ozzy Fudd". Then it say do you want Elmer Fudd to be on hire Staff?.

Another Method (Zoo Tycoon)
1. Open config.ztd with winzip.
2. Open Economy.cfg with notepad or wordpad.
3. Search for cZooDooRecyclingAmount and change the number to whatever you want. This will be the profit for every recycle you do. Normally you recycle around 8-12 times per month.
4. Also, look for cKeeperCost which should be 800. This is the salary you pay your zoo keepers. Change it to something lower and your expenses will decrease dramatically.
5. If you want more money at start of the game, edit zoo.ini with notepad or wordpad and find a line called MSMaxCash. Change that to whatever you want and you can start out with a couple of million.

World of Darkness (Zoo Tycoon)
From the Bronx Zoo to Zoo tycoon have the animal house. To get it on Zoo Tycoon, name your zoo "Bronx Zoo". Then a zoo keeper "Bronx Zoo". This will put World of Darkness on Zoo buildings.

Dancing Cucumbers -Zoo Tycoon
Name your zoo " Green Brine" and then wait until May 17 and a group of dancing cucumbers with hula skirts on will walk in your zoo

Laugh Bonzi laugh Zoo Tycoon
Under Speak Bonzi speak type: (laugh) with these: (). Then he will laugh like he laugh after telling a joke.

Yellow Brick Road Footpath -Zoo Tycoon
Place a lion tiger and bear in the same exibit to unlock the "yellow brick road" footpath.

Unlock Dinosaurs -[Zoo Tycoon ]
Brachiosaurus: Put a Triceratops in the same exhibit with a Giraffe
Allosaurus: Put a Crocodile and a Lion in the same exhibit
Stegosaurus: Put a Grizzly bear in an exhibit and then place a Reptile House in the exhibit
Lambeosaurus: Put a Triceratops, Unicorn, Crocodile, African Elephant, Giraffe and a Giant Anteater in the same exhibit.
Diplodocus: Name an exhibit "Long Neck"
Giant Chameleon: Put a Crocodile and a Triceratops in the same exhibit and fill the entire exhibit with rainforest terrain.
Brachiosaurus: Put a Triceratops and a Giraffe in the same exhibit.
Sea Serpent: Put a Penguin, a Yeti and a Crocodile in the same exhibit.
Giant Crocodile from dinosaur times: Put a Crocodile, A Triceratops and an Elephant in the same exhibit.
Triceratops: Name an exhibit "Cretaceous Corral".
T-Rex: Put a Croc with a Triceratops in an exhibit.

Irish Setter: Rename one of your Exhibits "Ireland Pets".
Grizzly bear: Name a bear "Deer" and the bear will gets free.
