Unlock the Third Hidden VT (Steel Battalion)
Earn 10 medals and the 3rd Hidden VT will be unlocked.




Unlock the Hidden VT
Play Mission 7 or 17. As you enter the 2nd floor of the base, head into the small room on the left. Kill the enemy inside and you will find a box in the back of that small room. You will receive a transmission if you earned the box. Clear the stage and the Hidden VT will be unlocked.

Unlock Full Screen Mode *Steel Battalion*
Earn 550000 Command Points to unlock Full Screen Mode.

Unlock the Second Hidden VT
Earn 800000 Command Points and the Second Hidden VT will be unlocked.

Unlock Select Mode (Free Mission Mode)
On the Title Screen, use the tuner and point it at these numbers at one 2nd intervals between your choices:

Entered correctly, the game will sound off. Don't forget the numbers are written around the tuner on the game controller!

Unlock Desperado Mode *Steel Battalion*
Clear Mission 23 on Veteran difficulity to unlock Desperado Mode.

Unlock No Fall Mode -Steel Battalion
Win the game in "Desperado Mode". During gameplay, press the HATCH and START buttons and your VT will never fall down.

Pause Trick(Steel Battalion)
To pause the game, disconnect the controller from the port. When you gotta go, you gotta go, even if you are piloting a tank with legs.
