Cheat mode (match-up screen):
Press Turbo, Shoot, and Pass at the "Tonight's Match-Up" screen to enable the corresponding code:. The numbers in the following list indicate the number of times each button is pressed. After pressing the buttons, press the Joystick in the indicated direction to enable the code. Example, to enter 1-2-3 Left, press Turbo, Shoot two times, Pass three times, Left.

Bonus courts:
Hold one of the following buttons combinations immediately after selecting players at the "Choose Team" screen.

Alternate appearance:
Press Up or Down at the player creation menu when "Heads" are selected. The female players have shorter uniforms and the horses have other colors.

Random team selection:
Hold Left and press Turbo at the team selection screen.

Fight as King Lion (normal):
Highlight the the blank space to the right of Shermie or left of K' at the character selection screen.

Fight as Mizuchi:
Highlight the blank space to the right of Iori or left of Kyo at the character selection screen.

View credits:
Hold A + B + C and press Start at the title screen.

Cheat mode:
Press Turbo, Jump, and Pass to change the icons below the helmets on the match-up screen. The numbers in the following list indicate the number of times each button is pressed. After the icons have been changed, press the Joystick in the indicated direction to enable the code. Example, to enter 123L, press Turbo, Jump two times, Pass three times, Left. Note: Earlier machines are limited to only the "Show field goal", "No CPU assistance", "Fog on", "Smart CPU opponent", and "No random fumbles" codes.

Hidden players:
Enter one of the following names and PIN numbers to unlock the corresponding player. The phrase "Lights out baby" will be spoken to confirm correct code entry. Note: This requires v1.21 of the game.
