Enter QQQQQQQQQQQQ as a password.

Extra lives:
Enter ZBBBBBBBLNTQ as a password to begin with 15 lives or NNNNNNNNNNNN as a password to begin with 7 lives.

Bonus level:
Enter MMMMMMQQQQQQ as a password. Do not touch any walls in this level.

Easy lives:
Replace the characters in position one and four of any valid password with Z to resume at that point in the game with fifteen lives.

Mario Brothers Cheat Codes
Planet 1 mini-game: Fly left as soon as your ship appears at Planet 1 and fly through the warp hole before it disappears.

Continue game play:
Press Up + A + B at the game over screen.

Mighty Bomb Jack:
Reach level 17 on your first life. Hit the gray unbreakable block on the far right side eleven times. Dana will transform into Mighty Bomb Jack. All the enemies in the room will transform into fairies with bonus items.
