Super Mario 64 Cheat Codes

Hint: Easy goal:
Pause game play in single player mode, go to the controllers option, select the other team and pull their goalie. Play on their team for at least twenty seconds. Their goalie will be pulled until you put him back. This works in season mode, and during the playoffs.

Hint: Change the difficulty setting during a season:
Select "Season" at the main menu and choose the desired difficulty setting. Keep that difficulty level highlighted, press Start, load an existing season saved game, and continue game play.

Hint: Best team:
The best team in the game consists of these 25 players. Although Roy, Hasek and Brodeur are the best goalies statistically, for some reason Dallas has the best goalies in the game.

Select exhibition or practice mode. Press L1, L2, Square at the team selection screen to enable the New York Sports, Salt Lake Frosties, or Canton Michigan Ratpack teams. Super player:
Select "Rosters" at the main menu and create your own player. Fill in the stats, then press Circle. This will allow you to boost your custom player's abilities. Increase each setting to 99, but leave the fight prone attribute to 0. Once your player has been created, enter him into your favorite team using player transactions. To score easily, get him into a good position in the offensive zone then hold Circle for approximately two seconds. He will shoot the puck with speeds between 100 and 250 miles per hour.

Alternate team appearance:
Hold X + Circle + L2 when the "Just a Minute" sign appears. Keep the buttons held until several seconds after the sound of a puck is played. Teams will have different jerseys with injuries enabled when game play begins.

Super players:
Hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 when creating a new player to be able to set every stat to 40. A sound will confirm correct code entry.

Game bug:
The game defaults to a one game series. To get a seven game series, start a seven game playoff before the end of the season. The "continue playoff" option should be available. When the season ends, it will automatically overwrite the old playoff, but retain the seven game format.

Using the normal procedure, create a player and assign him the goalie position. Define his ratings as (in order): 72, 64, 72, 80, 72, 72, 72, 72, 72. Although the overall rating is 77, this is the most effective goalie possible.

Third jerseys:
Select the New York Rangers as the visiting team. Hold Square + Right at the controller selection screen.

Two player King Of The Rink mode:
Press Select, Triangle, R2, L1, Right, Left, Down, X at the title screen.

Start with NHL Challenge with Rock The Rink belt:
Press Start at the "Quick Game" prompt and begin game play. Win the game to get a belt. You can now start a NHL Challenge and still keep the belt.

Taunt other team:
Press R2 after scoring a goal.

Reapers team:
Become King in King Of The Rink mode.

NHL Elite team:
Score a total of 500 goals to get a team consisting of the top six players in the NHL.
