Bonus lanes:
Collect all three dodo birds that appear on each lane four times in a row. A bonus lane will be unlocked after a total of twelve birds are collected.

Level predictor:
Find the flashing crystal that changes colors on level 1. The color of that crystal will indicated what the next level will be like. For example, red indicates a lava level, brown indicates a desert or forest level, blue indicates a cloud or beach world, and green indicates a strange world.

Gold dolphin:
Highlight the "Start" option at the title screen, then press: Down, Up, Right, Left, Square. A sound will confirm correct code entry.

Hint: Instantly qualify:
Get into first place during a qualifying lap, then pause game play. Quit the qualification trials, choose to race, and your car will be in the pole position.

Super team:
Win the Human Cup and save the game. Choose exhibition mode, then highlight Holland, USA, Mexico, Argentina, and Nigeria in order on the team selection screen. Press Square to access the Strongest Team.

Bonus difficulty level:
Win the Human Cup and save the game.

Extra formations:
Win the Human Cup and save the game. Replay the game access ten more formations.

Buggy mode:
Hold Select and quickly press Right, Up, Triangle, Left, Up, Square, Triangle on the practice, qualify, race option screen. The phrase "Buggy Mode Activated" will confirm correct code entry. Your car will turn into a small 4x4 buggy.

Bike mode:
Hold Select and quickly press Down, Up, Circle, Triangle, Right, Up, Square, Triangle on the practice, qualify, race option screen. The phrase "Bike Mode Activated" will confirm correct code entry. Your car will turn into a small motorbike.

Lava track:
Hold Select and quickly press Square, Circle, Up, Right(2), Circle, X on the practice, qualify, race option screen. The phrase "Lava Mode Activated" will confirm correct code entry. The track will turn into lava, with remaining areas gray.

Gibberish mode:
Hold Select and quickly press Left, Circle, Up, Down(2), Right, Circle, Square(2) on the practice, qualify, race option screen. The phrase "Gibberish Mode Activated" will confirm correct code entry. Murray will speak in gibberish.

Bonus track (Frameout City):
Hold Select and quickly press Left, Circle(2), Triangle(2), Circle, Up, Right on the race qualify screen. The phrase "Bonus Track Activated" will confirm correct code entry. The car-shaped bonus track will be selectable next time a new single race game is started. This track is normally available only after racing all 17 rounds in championship mode, with a finish of first, second, or third in the championship. Save the game to a memory card to keep the bonus track selectable.

German mode:
Hold Select and quickly press Down, Up, Left(2), Square, Circle, X on the practice, qualify, race option screen. The phrase "German Mode Activated" will appear. Commentary will now be in German during the race regardless of the selected language. However, commentary must be enabled in the sound options menu to be audible.

Spanish mode:
Hold Select and quickly press Triangle, Circle, Right, Circle, Triangle, Circle, Right, Circle on the practice, qualify, race option screen. The phrase "Spanish Mode Activated" will appear. Commentary will now be in Spanish during the race regardless of the selected language. However, commentary must be enabled in the sound options menu to be audible.

Reach championship round 16:
Enter OEAN ALESI (200 points, second place), NEAN ALESI (0 points, last place), PEAN ALESI (200 points, third place), or QEAN ALESI (200 points, fourth place) as a name.

Four bonus tracks:
Enter BILLY BONUS as a name. The bonus Adia, Edialeda, Sonob, and the black and white 1960's mode tracks will be accessible.
