Fight as Bosses:
Defeat a Boss without using a continue in story mode to unlock that character in versus mode.

Secret mode:
Successfully complete story mode without using any continues to unlock a hidden mode that lets you defeat as many enemies as possible in 30 second rounds.

Skip ending sequence:
Press Start during the ending FMV sequences.

Taunting:
Start a game in two player mode, then press the D-pad or Circle + X + Triangle + Square while the other player is at the tee.

Alternate colors:
Each character has a certain color displayed with Select in stroke or match play.

Sam: Purple
Mel: Light green

Japanese version golfer:
Successfully complete the game in versus mode, or enable the "Cheat mode" code. Select stroke or match play. Hold Select to choose a color, then hold Triangle and press X.

Unlimited turbos:
Press R2, L1, Square, Triangle, R1, L2, L1, R2 at the main menu. A sound will confirm correct code entry.

Small cars:
Press Square, R2, L2, Triangle(2), L2, R2, Square at the main menu. A sound will confirm correct code entry.

Large tires:
Press Square, Triangle, Square, Triangle, R1(2), L2(2) at the main menu. A sound will confirm correct code entry.

TowJam car:
Press Square, Triangle, L1, R1, L2, R2, Square, Triangle at the main menu. A sound will confirm correct code entry.

"Dude" sounds:
Press R2, R1, L2, R2, Square, Triangle, L1, R1 at the main menu. A sound will confirm correct code entry.

Hint: Helicrash track shortcut: Drive normally until you get to the first checkpoint. Once you have passed the first checkpoint, press Recover. You will now be at the beginning again. Slowly drive off the ledge, turning 180 degrees in the air while you are dropping. You will now be facing a door reading "Exit". The door will open just before you hit it. Level select:
Hold L1 + R2 at the map screen for at least ten seconds to advance through the map areas. Hold L2 + R1 at the map screen for at least ten seconds to move in the opposite direction.

Magic Hands bonus game:
Collect all the bonus items from each level to successfully complete the game in arcade mode. Then, complete the final scene with the rope by shooting Scylla (the evil witch) out of the window.
