All weapons:

Successfully complete the game with 33 "Gold" ranks.

Nightmare mode:
Successfully complete the game under the hard difficulty setting.

Coliseum mode:
Defeat all the Bosses in one game session under any difficulty setting. You must fight all thirty Bosses consecutively in Coliseum mode.

Hint: Graveyard: Finding the Elemental Gravestones for level 3 fusions:

Dark Gravestone: In the room where you found and fought Yuri (Blue Castle Tower). After you defeat him, go back upstairs to find it on the floor.

Earth Gravestone: Go back to Bistritz. Step on Nina's seeds and leave Bistritz. Return later and talk to Nina inside. Leave again and return. You will find Nina outside and she will give you the stone.

Air Gravestone: Bring some Tissues with you. Go back to Prague after your battle with Roger Bacon/Amon. Talk to the barkeeper and check the restroom. Yuri will give him some Tissues. Leave the bar and the man will give you the stone.

Light Gravestone: You can find it in Roger's house. His house is round; keep going past the vending machine until you cannot go anymore, then press X. It is in a chest that you cannot see.

Fire Gravestone: Calios Mental Hospital. Its on the second door on the second room. Open the chest and after you find Halley's mom, go back to the room. You can see a red thing on the opened chest.

Water Gravestone: After you defeat Roger Bacon/Amon. Go to Knowledgable Carl's house and check the phone. When it mentions the place "Rouen", leave and go to Rouen. A new person will sell it to you.

Theater option:
Successfully complete the game to unlock the "Theater" option.

Completion bonuses:
Successfully complete the game and save when prompted. Load your cleared game file to start a new game with your previously collected monsters, photos, crests, fusions, costumes, and stud cards.

Hint: Free Saber Swords:

Cactus Saber: Grand Canyon, near end of town (left side).
Bus-Stop Saber: Roswell, front of the hotel.
Marlin Saber: Sunken Ship, top-front of the boat.
Fireworks Saber: Rio de Janeiro, football court.
Kokeshi Saber: Moana Village, near the statue (left side).
Legend Saber: Uyuni Salt Lake, 4th floor, down-right of the door.

Snap: Available at the start

Vacuum: Solve the puzzle/lock combination of the treasure chest. The answers are 5(A) and 9(B). Go back to Jhonny's Office (Garland Detective Agency at Upper West Side, NY) after a quest or mission. Lenny will show you a letter from Tinkerbell.

Phone Call: Go to Jhonny's Office after some missions. You will be asked by a girl to find her lost cat. Solve the case and Lenny will give you a mobile phone that you can use as a tool. The answers to the case are: How many of them is/are telling the truth? (1). Who was the last person who went out of the shop? (Wells). The culprit is... (Taffy).

Extra ending:
Unlock all five normal endings. A special prologue will appear, allowing you to play again and unlock the "Extra" ending. In EX Mode, you must find the elixir of life for Mrs. Wagner.
