Hint: Legault: Become an assassin:
In the Dread Isle, a thief named Legault appears and wants to steal things. Take Lyn and talk to him whenever you get the chance. After you finish the chapter, advance until Battle Before Dawn (Jaffar and Nino). Talk to Nino with Lyn or Eliwood and take Nino and talk to Jaffar. After you win, accept the side quest and you will fight Sonia, who is holding something called a Fell Contract. Defeat Sonia, get the Fell Contract, then have Legault use it to become an assassin.

Hint: Max out stats:
Before a class change, get your characters to Level 20. Then, if you have it, use the character's Seal/Crest. Note: This is easiest done when you use the Afas Drops Athos gives you in Chapter 22, however it only works on one character.

Hint: Determining village content:
When going in a village, note the color of the roof. If the roof is yellow you will get advice, If the roof is red you will get a character or item.

Hint: Random sound test:
After unlocking the "Sound Test" option, choose it then press Select. A random music track will begin. Press Left or Right to cycle through the songs. Press B or Select to return to the normal sound test.

Hard mode:
Successfully complete the game. When a new game is started, the "Hard" option will be unlocked.

Battle Maps:
Successfully complete the game in normal mode to unlock Battle Map 1 and Battle Map 2. Successfully complete the game in normal mode with the secret ending to unlock Battle Map 3.

Trial Maps:
Successfully complete the game in hard mode to unlock Trial Map 4. Successfully complete the game in hard mode with the secret ending to unlock Trial Map 5.

Sound room:
Successfully complete the game to unlock the "Sound Room" option in the "Extras" menu.

Play as Brenya:
Successfully complete the game four times to unlock Brenya in Battle Map mode.

Play as Eliwood:
Successfully complete the game five times to unlock Eliwood in Battle Map mode.

Play as Gale:
Successfully complete the game two times to unlock Gale in Battle Map mode.

Play as Guinivere:
Successfully complete the game eight times to unlock Guinivere in Battle Map mode.
