Successfully complete level 11-7. Alternately, Splinter is unlocked ten days after a saved game file is created; you can change the system date to do this. Splinter replaces Donatello.

Play as Casey Jones:
Win the Open Brawl Tournament. Alternately, Casey Jones is unlocked five days after a saved game file is created; you can change the system date to do this. Casey Jones replaces Raphael.

Play as Slashuur:
Win the Battle Nexus Tournament. Alternately, Slashuur is unlocked forty five days after a saved game file is created; you can change the system date to do this. Slashuur replaces Leonardo.

Play as Karai:

Fight as Ling Xiaoyu in school uniform:
Successfully complete the game in story mode as Ling Xiaoyu. Then, highlight Ling Xiaoyu and press RP (Triangle) at the character selection screen.

Fight as Panda :

Highlight Kuma at the character selection screen, then press RP (Triangle) or RK (Circle).

Fight as Violet:

Highlight Lee at the character selection screen, then press RK (Circle).

Unlocking all characters:

Kazuya to unlock Jin Kazama
Christy to unlock Eddy Gordo
Xiaoyou to unlock Kuma/Panda (Miharu is also selectable)
Yoshimitsu to unlock Brian Fury
Bryan to unlock Violet, if Jin is already unlocked; otherwise, Jin
Violet to unlock Combot (and Violet can now be Lee)

Dojo stage:

Successfully complete the game in Tekken Force mode.

Statue stage:

Successfully complete story mode as Steve Fox. Note: This is the stage where Steve fights Nina in stage 7. Also, the music on this stage is the same that is found in the original Tekken.

Theater mode:

Successfully complete the game in Story mode.

Ranking password:

Successfully complete Time Attack, Survival, Tekken Force, or Training mode. Hold Square + Triangle and press Up/Right to display a password that corresponds to your rank.

Press Select during a match then enter a combo to see its name.

View practice mode move percentage:
Enter practice mode with any fighter. Press Start and select the command list. Hold L1, L2, R1, or R2 to see how many times that move has been done in practice mode.

Hint: Red Hot Chili Peppers reference:
In the fourth and final stage of Tekken Force mode, the Mishima Fortress, fight your way through the stage until you reach an open balcony area with two "bird watchers" standing looking over. Continue to fight in this area until a squad of "assassins" appear. Their names are Anthony, Flea, Chad and John, which are the names of the members of the band Red Hot Chili Peppers (Anthony Kiedis, Flea Balzaris, Chad Jones, and John Frusciante). The fifth member of the squad of assassins, Dave, however is not a member of Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Asuka (school girl version):
After playing as Asuka at least fifty times, highlight her at the character selection screen then press Triangle.

Baek Doo San:
Successfully complete story, battle, or time attack mode three times with different characters.

Bruce Irvin:
Complete story, battle, or time attack mode four times with different characters.

Ganryu:
Complete story, battle, or time attack mode seven times with different characters.

Heihachi:
Complete story, battle, or time attack mode nine times with different characters.

Kuma:
Complete story, battle, or time attack mode six times with different characters.

Ling (school girl version):
Win fifty times in versus mode. Highlight Ling, then press RP at the character selection screen.

Mokujin:
Complete story, battle, or time attack mode eight times with different characters.

Mokujin (female version):
Highlight Mokujin at the character selection screen, then press X.

Panda:
Highlight Kuma at the character selection screen, then press X.

Roger Jr.:
Complete story, battle, or time attack mode one time.

Wang Jinrei:
Complete story, battle, or time attack mode five times with different characters.

Star Blade arcade game:
Successfully complete arcade mode with all fighters.

Configure arcade games:
Hold Select at the "Press Start" screen for an Arcade History game. An accurate representation of the game's DIP switches will appear, allowing you to customize the game as done on the actual arcade machine.

Random character selection:
Complete story, battle, or time attack mode nine times with different characters to unlock the "Random" option at the character selection screen.

Final Stage 2:
Play 200 arcade mode matches.

Devil Within mini-game bonuses:
Successfully complete the Devil Within mini-game to unlock 1,000,000 G, the Cathedral stage, Devil Jin as a character, Devil Within mini-game stage selection, Final Stage 1, and Final Stage 2.

Devil Within mini-game in Devil mode:
Complete the Devil Within mini-game under the medium difficulty setting with all the Evil Symbols collected. Then, hold L2 + Select + R3 when selecting an option at the Devil mini-game stage selection screen.

Select victory pose:
Press X, Circle, Square, or Triangle during the replay that appears after a round.

Hint: Jin: Devil Within moves:

5x Punch Combo: Press Square(5).
Demon's Paw: Press Break into a run and Square.
