Hint: Interrogation:

Press Triangle to display a help screen with the special interrogations.

Always weaken your enemies to stress them easier, but make sure they have plenty of life. The bar at the top is their health status.

Try not to kill them. Its an interrogation because style points will be lost if you get too aggressive.

If you see enemies with a white skull above their head, it indicates you need that person. He may have information on how to unlock an armory.

The orange bar will keep getting smaller as you progress throughout the harder levels, making it a more challenging interrogation.

To interrogate harder enemies you may need to weaken them slightly. Use the Left Analog-stick and the directions to control the interrogation.

Turn on the subtitles to read what they say once interrogated. To do this, go to "Options" on the apartment menu and choose "Closed Caption".

The bar at the bottom is their stress level status. Get them in the orange zone at the numbers should count down from three seconds. If it reaches zero, you have broken the criminal.

In-game reset:
Hold X + Circle + Square + Triangle and press Start during game play to return to the main menu.

Play as Popoi:
Successfully complete the WakuWaku course under the normal difficulty setting.

Play as Carbuncle:
Play in HaraHara mode. Either get less than four or more than twelve fevers without any continues. Alternately, complete the game with your number of continues as a multiple of 7.

Play as Lemres:
Successfully complete story mode under the normal difficulty setting to unlock Lemres in the playground.

Hint: Bonus characters and level:
Successfully complete the game in campaign mode under the "I Can Win" difficulty setting. A bonus level and two more characters will appear after the credits. Successfully complete the bonus level to unlock it and the new characters in multi-player mode.

Hint: Easy money:
After you defeat Nelly in a drag race in event challenge mode, you will get his Mazda RX-7. Keep repeating that race, and when you win you will get over 100,000+ RP every time. Repeat this as many times as desired.

99.9% charge dose:

Hint: Tamaki Nami sings theme song:
Witness Tamaki Nami's transformation and immediately speak with her in the Night and Desire Street at 6:00 p.m. She will join you. Do not have her in your party, then visit the Red Lotus Bar at night. Tamaki Nami will sing the game's opening theme song.

Castle dwellers
Charlie: Talk to Charlie after being promoted to commander by Dynas.

Nina: Talk to her while she is in the castle training facility and fight her. If you defeat her once, return on a different day and defeat her again.

Leonard: After the war at Radiata's entrance, talk to Leonard with Natalie in your party.

Patrick: Talk to him when he is drinking. He will ask you to keep his secret.

Putt: Talk to him when he is sleeping. He will ask you to keep his secret.

Theater Vancoor members
Elwen: Recruit all of Theater Vancoor then talk to her.

Gerald: Meet Nocturne in his vampire and respond with "Yes" to his question. Follow the sequence of events then fight Gerald.

Cesear: Talk to Cesaer when he is praying for his fallen comrades with both Aldo and Gareth in your party.

Alicia: Talk to Elwen when she is in the altar in The Path of the Spider. Alicia will come by some time afterwards. Talk to her and fight her.

Dennis: Talk to Dennis when he is outside Lupus Gate. He will mention needing a great flower for Alicia. Go to the Elf Region and collect the "Evening Bloom." Give it to Dennis and he will join your party.

Gareth: When he is training, talk to him (after you become a sergeant). He will challenge you. Defeat him to recruit him.

Gregory: When he is drinking in the diner, talk to him. He will ask you to pick up some Dwarven liquor for Gerald. Go to Earth Valley and talk to the bartender, not the liquor store salesman. Return it to him.

Walter: After Dynas gets you back into the knights, talk to him. He will ask you to visit his wife in the dungeon. When you are done, talk to Walter again.

Jarvis: Pay his bar tab for him and talk to him again.

Aldo: Get the Book of Fairies from Garcia's house and give it to Aldo.

Gordon: Talk to him. He tells you he will join if you defdat him.

Star E. Stern: Complete "Please Stop Lord Star." Talk to him afterwards.

Bruce: Talk to him when you have half of your HP or less. Note: Talk to Dr. Morfinn and take his medicine to quicken the process.

David: He will ask you to deliver his letter to Mint who goes to Tria Village in the morning and Garcia's house at night.

Conrad: Talk to him after becoming a sergeant.

Rolec: Kick him when he is mopping in the Theater Vancoor bathroom.

Daniel: Talk to him after the mission in which you defeat the rats in the Vareth Institute.

Carlos: Recover his contact lens in The Path of the Spider. Go straight down in the Theater Vancoor jail cell and follow the river going to your left.

Dwight: After the mission Dwight assigns you where you fetch a Smilodon Fang, talk to him when he is in the confessionary in the Olacion Order.

Godwin: Talk to Godwin with a level 35+ Miranda in your party.

Rocky: Undertake his mission and defeat him in battle. Talk to him again in the Septem region when he is fighting Blood Orcs. Fight him and win.

Achilles: Complete "Build that Body." Talk to him after the mission.

Flora: Talk to her and she will be frantic about a missing picture of her father. Go to the Morfinn clinic while Synelia is gazing at the picture and she will give it back. Return it to Flora.

Alvin: Talk to Kain after the meeting in the castle. Then, talk to Alvin.

Rynka: Talk to Cody after getting the note from Ganz. He will tell you that he lost his mother's pendant. It is in plain view on The Path to the Beast Pit. Give it back to Cody. Talk to Rynka and she will thank you. Talk to her and she will ask if you know anything about what Cody might want for his birthday. Follow him to see him enter a shop. Alba: Talk to or fight him on different days.

Elef, Ryan, and Hip: Talk to Elef after clearing out the monsters by the bridge. He will ask you to retrieve the blueprints from the inn he is staying at. Do so. Talk to him after the bridge is complete. Note: You must do the blueprints task before the bridge is complete.

Nick: Talk to him with Bruce in your party.

Butch: Talk to him with Golye in your party.

Sarval: Find his piggies.

Sunset: Talk to him.

Tarkin: Talk to him in the barn to hear he sickened his cows. Go to the animal pharmacist to pick up some medicine for them.

Austin: Talk to him with Tarkin in your party.

Gonber: Save him from drowning in Tria Village.

Leban: Talk to Wyze who tells you Leban is missing. Go to the entrance to Tria Village to see he is being attacked by turtle monsters. Save him.

Zida: Talk to him in the cellar and he asks you to get a Gobpakken Seed. He will then ask you for a Blood Orc's horn. Give him the horn.

Franz: Talk to him on the non-human side.

Romaria: Kick her then defeat her in battle.

Marsha: Spend 10,000 Dagols at her store and talk to her later.

Lufa: Give her the soup Polpo gives you upon recruiting him.

Coco: Talk to him when you are alone on the non-human side.

Martinez: Give him a record with a theme song on it.

Rika: Answer her five musical questions.

Cheat mode:
Hold L1 and rotate the Right Analog-stick at the PCCW Japan logo until you hear a sound. All duel mode characters, Aria/Iria in story mode, and full attack mode will be unlocked.

Hint: Clearing rooms:

To clear out a room, stand besides the door, as one of your teammates would have if you told him to clear out a room. Make sure that your clip is full and the action icon does not have the brackets around it, so your teammates will not open it for you and take fire. Finally, make sure that all of your teammates are stacked up properly:

Hint: Handbrake turns:
This is useful where there are many hairpins, as in Kaihuavaara, Lapland. Hold the handbrake momentarily, the use the normal brake if necessary, and steer all the time.

Hint: Braking:
Skid into a turn, not in it. Brake, let go, brake, let go, etc. As long as you have a good track, not much braking is necessary, except in turns called "4" or "5" or "any number -tightens". Listen to your co-driver carefully.

Privateer class
Skoda Felicia: Easy to handle in skidding. Good traction.
Ford Puma: Can handle many collisions. Good handling.
Citroen Saxo: Lightweight car with quick acceleration. Does not skid much in corners.
Nissan Micra: Because of its weight is easy to turn over and get serious damage.

1600 class
Honda Civic: Similar to the Skoda Felica.
Peugeot 106: Lightweight car that is good on the night stages.
Ford Puma: Durable in collisions, good handling. Aggressive car that can both lose or gain time.
Proton Classic: Lightweight car that can easily be damaged. Does not skid much when taking a curve.

2000 class
Vauxhall Astra: Similar to Honda Civic. Excellent all around car. Can easily regain several seconds with good driving.

Hyundai Coupe: Fun to drive. Can easy fling it through square corners. Has very good brakes. May skid too much in Llandudno and Kaihuavaara.
VW Golf: Good car in many stages, such as Ristilampi.
Renault Megane: Easy to handle but can be slightly twitchy.
Seat Ibiza: Fast acceleration, good in cornering, but feels very twitchy.
Ford Escort Maxi: Use on stages with wide curves. Often flings out the back and is all over the track.

Pro class
Hyundai Accent: Stable car with ABS brakes and turbo. Good in all stages, Ristilampi and Hualapai Nation especially.
Skoda Octavia: Step below the Hyundai Accent but feels very stable and quick.
Mitsubishi EVO VI: Very fast car. Easy to handle and can take a lot of damage. Use it in Scotland and Wales stages.
Peugeot 206: Rather good. Follows your directions well, but not in the Hyundai/Skoda class.
Seat Cordoba: Average car. Muffled engine may cause loss of sense of speed at high speeds.
Mistubishi EVO V: Very quick, but rear flings too much.
Subaru Impreza 2001: Best Subaru car feels very oversteered in turns. Must be very good in handling turns at speed.
Subaru Impreza 2000: Not much different than from Impreza 2001. All Subarus fling out too much in turns.
Subaru Impreza 1998: Good brakes is the most positive thing about it. Braking must begin early since it feels very fast.
Ford Focus: Quick, but extremely twitchy.

Classic cars
Audi Quattro: Fastest car around. Use Brake Bias 6 (normally 2) for better balance. This car has 4WDrive/4Wsteering, meaning when turning, the whole car wants to go in that direction. Sometimes you must brake where others (Astra/Accent) just can keep pace. For turns of three or more, brake, release the -brake, then let go and use the handbrake and steering to get it towards correct direction.

Lancia Stratos: Change Brake Bias to 6. The car is faster than all Pro cars. It easily oversteers. Be very gentle when steering and use the ABS braking technique (brake, release, brake, etc.). On the default setting it feels like you visit every side you can imagine, or doing a 360.

Mini Cooper: Mostly a fun car at present. It is slower and lighter than all cars and easy to steer. Like the Lancia it turns too easy; facing backwards is a common occurrence. It has only four gears and can sometimes be indecisive on which gear to use (automatic transmission).
