Store moves:

When selecting a version to play as, hold Start and select "Super Turbo". Release Start, then select Chun-Li, E.Honda, or Vega as your fighter. They now have the ability to store special moves and super combos. For example, execute Chun-Li's Senretsukyaku without pressing the final Kick to end it. The next time you press Kick, the move will be executed.

Fight as Dark Kairi:
Highlight Zangief at the character selection screen then press Down/Left.

Fight as Evil Ryu:
Get all ten gold medals in original mode. Highlight Ryu, then press Select at the character selection screen.

Fight as Vega II:
Get all ten silver medals in original mode. Highlight Vega, then press Select at the character selection screen.

Fight as True Vega:
Get all ten platinum medals in original mode. True Vega will be unlocked in arena mode.

Hidden characters:
Complete original mode with a regular character without continuing under the normal or hard difficulty setting to unlock one of the hidden characters. Another character will be unlocked each time the game is completed, in the following order: Sagat, Vega, Garuda, Shadow Geist, Kairi, Pullum, Area, Darun, and Vulcano. Note: A different character must be used to complete the game to unlock a new hidden character.
