Press Start to pause game play, then enter the controller options. Then, press Down, A, Up, Y, Start(2), Right, Left, X, B.

Hint: Defeating Vegeta:
When fighting Vegeta, stay in the air the entire time. Dodge his Galic Guns. When he uses his other attack, it will only affect you if you are on the ground. While that attack occurs, Vegeta will be vulnerable. Lock on to him with L and hold X to hit him with a Kamehameha Wave. Keep doing this until he is defeated. You should not lose any health by doing this.

Hint: Easy energy blast hits:
When fighting a henchmen or Boss, get him within the view of the screen. You can do this when you are on the ground or in the air. Hold X. When game play slows down and your character starts charging up a blast, press L and put your aiming reticule on your enemy. Press Teleportation . You will teleport directly behind the enemy while you are still charging up. Once you have appeared behind the enemy, immediately release X to blast your enemy at point blank range. If you want to be reckless, charge another one after he falls to the ground from the last attack. Teleport behind him and blast him again. You can do this repeatedly. Note: It is easier to do this when the enemy is distracted by charging up his own blast or doing any other attack that he may be trying to perform. Just hit him with this before he can make it successful.

Hint: Pinball level:
On the Pinball level where you are avoiding the balls going back and forth, jump if the side-to-side pinball is approaching you. This way, Dirk will not slow down and you can avoid getting hit by the big black ball following you.

Hint: The Dragon's Lair:
When the dragon tries to light you on fire with his mouth, run close and opposite to where the it opens its mouth. Once the dragon has completed with its fiery salvo, run out of his claws reach and face him. The dragon will then directly shoot out the flame that you have to catch with your magical sword (press Guard). Press Attack to release the fire from the sword to cause the dragon pain. Once the dragon is vulnerable, slash it with your sword once or twice. Run out of its way when it recuperates. The process will start again about five times. During the second bout, he will fire two salvos. You can then catch the fire with your sword. During the third bout he will fire three salvos. You can then catch the fire with your sword and so on.

Hint: The Impossible Room:
This level is not really that difficult. Remember -- everything is a mirror reflection of the rooms that seem upside down while you are looking up. Get familiar with the behavior of the room and knock it out. However, the difficult part is figuring the locations of the other rooms to get out of this room. The first two are easy because you stumble across them. When you get the Dragon's Eye (so you can see hidden doors), look for an eyeball on the wall. When you see it, use your Dragon's Eye to find the opening. There are only two hidden rooms in the Impossible Room. Look carefully -- one room has bonus items you need. The second room takes you to the Lizard King. When you get the Dragon's Skin (armor against fire), fall down the hole that has fire billowing up on the bottom floor. This will end the Impossible Room and will take you deeper into the castle (Lava Level).

Hint: Defeating Mordroc:
In the first part, the key to defeating Mordroc is to use the "green arrow" that is located in your inventory (press Start). Select the green arrow and lock on to Mordroc. Fire the bow with the green arrow five more times. You have to replenish your green arrow one at a time by killing the mini-black dragons that Mordroc fires at you. Keep collecting the green arrows and make sure to lock on to Mordroc.

Get an "A" rank in story mode to unlock all library materials for that chapter.

Swordfight:
To unlock the swordfight, follow these steps. Open the Hacking program from the main menu. Open a file that has the game completed. Note: You must have completed the game first in order for this cheat to work; and the game file you select at the Hacking menu must have the game completed. Type LOGIN and press Enter. Type GUEST and press Enter. Type DIR, then a space. DIR should now appear in your command list. Access the B Drive through the DIR command. Select TOOLS from the B Drive. It will be locked and will ask you for an access code. The access code consists of 1s and 0s. You must guess the access code, as it is different each time. It is only five digits long. Once you have access to the TOOLS on the B Drive, type all the .EXE files (without the .EXE after them). For example, type DECODE then a space. DECODE will now appear in the command list. Repeat this for all other .EXE files in the TOOLS folder in the B Drive. Now, access VIRTUAL on your command list. Type in FROZENFISH as the password. An authentication test will start. An image of a Chinese symbol will appear, but it will be scrambled. The image is broken into 9 squares, and each square will have five different choices. You must change all the pieces so that a complete image appears. You have a limited amount of time to do this. Once you guess a correct image, the timer will stop and you will be taken back to the hacking screen. Look at the top of the screen. If it says "Solution: Blue", then the line will be traced and you will have to enter TRACEKILL and then press enter as fast as possible or all progress will be lost. Once you enter TRACEKILL, you will have to start back at accessing VIRTUAL on your command list. However, if it says "Solution: Red", then you will hear a message from Neo and get access to the V Drive. Open the V Drive and get all the commands from the TOOLS folder on your command list. Open the ROOTSEARCH program. Now, open the ROOT folder in the B Drive and get the two commands there on your command list. Enter the MAIL command and type THISISNOTREAL as the password and type YES. You will get a list of phone numbers:

Hint: Concourse level: Exit terminal:
As Niobe, when you first start a woman runs past you. Run directly towards the railing and jump over it. Sparks will tell you to stay out of the lobby unless you want a fight. Fight the cops that enter the lobby then turn and go back to the side of the concourse that you started on. You must stay on the ground floor and run towards the escalators. Turn left when you get to them and do not go up. Continue across to the other side of the concourse and turn left around that corner. Somewhere in front of you or near you should be a man. If you go near him, he will start to run away. Follow him. He will keep looking back at you and will trip. He will run slightly farther, then stop, turn, and walk out the door of the terminal. You can follow him out before the door closes to get outside. You will see the SWAT van parked at the curb, and if you go around to the other side you can pick up an entry shotgun. There is really nothing else useful out there, but you can run around if desired.

Hint: Regain health and Focus:
Find an area with no enemies. Remain idle and your heath and Focus will rise.

Big heads in K90 event:
Press R, L, R, L, R(2), L, R before the K90 event starts.

Big heads in K120 event:
Press L, R, L, R, L(2), R, L before the K120 event starts.

Hint: Easy goals:
This trick requires some practice. Choose a good team such as D.C. United. When you first start off the match, use your speed burst (R) and run. About two strides before the other team's player, turn slightly and run at that angle. After passing the player, turn forward again. Keep this going until you pass the last defender and when you take your first stride into the box, shoot.

Hint: Less interceptions:
Use a Through Pass during the game for less interceptions. Try holding L while passing to make the Through Pass float.

Level select:
Successfully complete the game twice on the same save file to unlock the "Jump To Game" option.
