Classic Prince Of Persia mini-game:

After getting the second sword that can break walls (approximately one third of the way through the game after the "Above the Bath's" area), you will reach a large location where you must pass through a door with Farah and activate a lever to open another door to a hallway filled with scarabs. There are three positions to this switch (open door into room, open door to hallway with scarabs, and open secret door to the classic Prince Of Persia). The switch is located at the end of the room, near the save point and near a large piece of rubble. There is a wall opposite to that lever that appears to be unbreakable, and does not look like other wall areas that can be manipulated. When you hit this secret area on the wall, it will not spark as expected. After setting the switch to unlock the door to the mini-game, keep hitting the non-sparking section of wall until it breaks. A message will appear to state that the classic Prince Of Persia has now been unlocked.

Successfully complete the game.

Voice credits:
Play through the game until getting to the large courtyard just immediately before the first chariot sequence, during your second Dark Prince transformation. Look in the corner of the courtyard to find a hole in the ceiling which enemies appear from until you leave the area. Stab and hang from the panel near that hole to open the exit. Climb the pole nearest to the hole in the ceiling to hear a monotone female voice announce the game's voice credits.

Fourth Sand Tank: 1 Sand Gate
100 Sand Credits: 2 Sand Gates
Eye of the Storm Time Power: 3 Sand Gates
Fifth Sand Tank: 4 Sand Gates
150 Sand Credits: 5 Sand Gates
Winds Of Sand Attack: 6 Sand Gates
Sixth Sand Tank: 7 Sand Gates
200 Sand Credits: 8 Sand Gates
Sand Storm Attack: 9 Sand Gates

Restore all sand slots:
Hold B on controller four and quickly press X(2), A, B(2), A, Y(2) on controller one during game play.

Alternate ending:
Complete the game with all nine Life Upgrades.
