Level select:
Start the game with the cj /p<level number 1 to 3> command line. Note: Select "Cyberjudas Gambit" from the main menu to view the various phases.

Determine Cyberjudas identity:
Start the game with the cj /skunkworks command line. Then, type deepthroat at the system menu to view the Cyberjudas for that phase.

Cheat mode:
Press [Alt] + [F12] to display the key prompt. Type wlrnwhdakf or doomsday to enable cheat mode. The phrase "Cheatcode Enable" will appear to confirm correct code entry. Press [Alt] + [F12] followed by [Enter], then type one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function.

Cheat mode:
Type raistlin followed by [Space] at the title screen to enable cheat mode with unlimited ships.

Level skip:
Enable cheat mode. Pause game play and press N to jump to the next level. Pause game play and press L to return to the previous level.

Cheat mode:
Type necronomicon at the title screen to enable cheat mode and unlimited ships.

Level skip:
Enable cheat mode. Pause game play and press N to jump to the next level. Pause game play and press L to return to the previous level.

Cheat mode:
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "storm.ini" file in the game directory. Add one of more of the following lines under the "[SPECIAL]" header. Then, begin game play and press [Ctrl] + O at the indicated screen to activate the corresponding cheat function.

Face select:
Press [Ctrl] + [Left Square Bracket] or [Ctrl] + [Right Square Bracket] at the BioDerm facility to select a new pilot face.

$1,000,000:
Hold [Alt] as the game loads.

Cheat mode:
Start the game with the cyclones 8335791 <parameter> command line. Use the following command line parameters to activate the corresponding cheat functions.

Cheat mode: Enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function.

Hints:

Beetle symbols
Glowing beetles will appear up to four times during the game. Once triggered, Laura will experience some disturbing flashback sequences. They are located in varying areas in the game and are only accessible after certain specific actions are completed.

Laura's compact
Select the compact from Laura's inventory to receive a pictorial hint to solve the current puzzle. This may only be done three times per game.

Laura's father
At varying locations in the game, Laura's father will speak to her.

Laura's watch
The game must be completed in two hours (real time). The watch in the inventory will keep track of the elapsed game time. The game begins at 3:00, and will end at 5:00.

Enter one of the following codes during game play to activate the corresponding cheat function. Note: Activate cheat codes will disable scoring.

Hint: "Rosslyn Chapel Revisited" level:
Successfully complete the game, then use the rotating solar system model that now appears where the globe was during the main game. You can play the music from the game. Examine the sun in the model for a full screen view of the solar system. Go to the room that had the trapdoor in the floor in the main game. Examine the table to see all of Leonardo Da Vinci's invention models that were featured in the main game. Use the trapdoor to go down to the lower room to see concept art.

Scene select:
Select the "Game" option from the main menu and press [Alt] + [F5]. Select the "Jump To" option to select a starting scene.

Skip puzzle:
Hold [Alt] + [Shift] and press the first letter of the name of the puzzle. Note: The exception is the Orbit puzzle, which is skipped by pressing [Alt] + [Shift] + I.

Cheat mode:
Start the game with the +set console 1 command line parameter. Press ~ to display the console window, then type cheats 1 to enable cheat mode. Then, restart a new game by using the map e1m1a console command. Then, press ~ to display the console window again, and enter one of the following codes in the console window to activate the corresponding cheat function. Note: If you reach another level, the codes will automatically be disabled, and will need to be activated again. However, you will not have to restart your game again -- just enter the codes.

Hint: Faster move or attack:
Press [F9], then add yourself to your ignore list. You can attack and move without a delay because the attack animation will not happen.

Cheat mode (v1.1):
Enter one of the following codes at the title screen, when Azrael's voice says "Dark Angel", to activate the corresponding cheat function. Note: The codes do not function in multiplayer mode.
