Start from the three point line, then press B as your gather. While gathering, hold L + R + B. Hold the buttons until you see the person holding it with both hand, then release. You should get a 50 in the dunk contest

Toss an Alley Oop and hold L + R + B. This will result in the Flip Gather that appears on the video.
