Marry's Iron Kong:
Win Battle mode as two New Century Zero characters.

Matrix Dragon:
Successfully complete Mission mode as the Republic side. It will be available in Battle, Vs, and Fist modes.

Naomi's Gun Sniper:
Win Battle mode as two New Century Zero characters.

Proto Sabre:
Successfully complete Mission mode as the Empire side. It will be available in Battle, Vs, and Fist modes.

Salamander:
Successfully complete Mission mode as the Republic side It will be available in Vs. mode.

Seismosaurus:
Successfully complete Mission mode as the Republic side. It will be available in Vs. mode.

Shield Liger DC-J:
Start the game with a save game file from Zoids Versus on your memory card.

Tasker Sister's Lightning Saix:
Win Battle mode as two New Century Zero characters.

Tiger Driver's Saber Fang:
Win Battle mode as two New Century Zero characters.

Trinity Liger:
Successfully complete Battle Mode, Vs, Saga timeline. It will be available in Battle, Vs, and Fist modes.

Ultrasaurus:
Successfully complete Mission mode as the Empire side It will be available in Vs. mode.

Zoids Saga and Vs. Battle Mode:
Complete mission mode as the Republic or Empire then choose a character from the appropriate plotline.

Bonus Zoids and pilots:
Select the "Config" option at the main menu, then select "Voice". Play tracks 92, 68, 40, 13, 90 (in order) to unlock the Command Striker and Energy Liger Zoids and three pilots.

Bonus parking levels:
Successfully complete each of the four parking levels to unlock an additional parking level. Successfully complete the bonus parking level to unlock a sixth parking level.

Nippon Maru:
Successfully complete arcade mode with all four characters.

Bonus trailers:
Successfully complete arcade mode with all four characters to unlock two bonus trailers in score attack mode, versus mode, and arcade mode (if the Nippon Maru is selected).

Hint: Shifting:
For Highway Cat and Stream Line, shift up when at about 50 mph.

Hidden models:
Successfully complete extreme mode to unlock hidden models for the corresponding character. Press Z at the character selection screen to select them.
