East Side level:
Score 50,000 points in the Chinatown level in Kaos mode.

Corporation Central level:
Score 100,000 points in the East Side level in Kaos mode.

Last Clone Standing levels:
Successfully complete the three minute and five minute versions of a level to unlock the Last Clone Standing version of that map in Kaos mode.

Hint: Recover from burning:
When on fire, enable any weapon code to get up.

Hint: Use head as a weapon:
Enable the "Punches decapitate" code then punch and kill someone. Pick up his or her head to use it as a weapon.

Hint: Destroying buildings:
Use any and all explosives to your advantage. Rocket launchers, grenade launchers, and even molotov cocktails can be used to blow up buildings. When throwing an item into a building, face a window directly and it will go right in. Destroying buildings is where the big money is at.

Hint: Easy power-ups:
Find an area in any level where you can run back and forth reasonably far and has weapons power-ups on either side. Draw a large crowd of enemies between this area and simply proceed to run back and forth. When you are ready to let loose, turn around and begin to strafe. Run to the other side as you pick up all the diseased ones' health and time bonuses. When you reach the other side, take your new weapon and start again.

Hint: Defeating ATO guards:
While in Revolution mode, drop your weapon before moving past an ATO guard. They will ignore you if you are not causing problems and have no weapon. You can usually find another weapon replacement later.

Jump flight ability:
Win mission 23 under the magnum force difficulty setting. Press Start + F3 during a mission and repeatedly jump to get higher.

All Free mode VTs, parts, maps, and items:
Enter the configuration menu, then select the option for the controller settings. Then, press F1 + Tank Detach + FSS + Override + Night Scope, F1 + F2 + F3 + Tank Detach + FSS + Override + Night Scope + Line Color Change, F1 + F2 + F3 + FSS + Override + Line Color Change, F1 + F2 + F3 + FSS + Override + Line Color Change, F1 + F3 + Tank Detach + FSS + Override + Night Scope + Line Color Change, then press EJECT-CMD. A sound will confirm correct code entry.

Hidden message on box:
There is a series of lines and dots on the side of the game's packaging, above and below the title. This is a message in Morse code. When decrypted, it reads, "Crawl outside of the box and into our web," a reference to the web site for the game.

Level skip:
Press R, L, Start + Down at the title screen.

Hyper Street Fighter 2
When you are at the "Vs". or "Winner" screen before or after a fight, hold A and the background will speed up.

Highlight a fighter at the character selection screen in Normal, Super, or Old Super mode, then press Start. That character will appear in their original Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo color if the other player also selects that same character in Super mode.

Go Hadoken: Press Down, Down/Forward, Forward + any Punch.
Tatsumaki Senpukyaku: Press Down, Down/Away, Away + any Kick.

Super Street Fighter 2
When selecting a version to play, hold Start and select "Super". Release Start, then select you fighter. The "Super" will be replaced with a blue "Super Turbo" logo to confirm correct code entry.

Successfully complete arcade mode as all other characters under any difficulty or other settings to play as the final Boss, Gill by highlighting Yun at the character selection screen and pressing Up.

Store moves:
When selecting a version to play as, hold Start and select "Super Turbo". Release Start, then select Chun-Li, E.Honda, or Vega as your fighter. They now have the ability to store special moves and super combos. For example, execute Chun-Li's Senretsukyaku without pressing the final Kick to end it. The next time you press Kick, the move will be executed.

Super steals:
Press R, X(3), R, Black, Y, White at the cheats screen.

Fast clock:
Press Y(3), X(3), L, Black at the cheats screen.

Disable momentum meter:
Press X, Y(2), X, L, Black, White, X at the cheats screen.

Shot release text:
Press L(2), R(2), Y(2), X(2) at the cheats screen.

Clown uniforms:
Press X, L, X, Y at the cheats screen.

Kung Fu uniforms:

Press Y(2), X, L at the cheats screen.

Pimp uniforms:

Press R, X, Y, Black at the cheats screen.

Tuxedo uniforms:
Press Black(2), Y, X at the cheats screen.

Play as Half Man-Half Amazing:
When playing World Tournament mode, you will play the Urban Hitmen. Defeat them to unlock Half Man-Half Amazing. Note: You need $10,000 to play as him.

Play as B Real, Muggs, Bobo and the London Knights team:
Win the World Tournament twice. Note: This was done under the Greatest Of All Time difficulty setting.

Play as Cypress Hill, DJ Muggz, and BoBo:
Win the World Tournament under the Greatest Of All Time difficulty setting.

Play as AO, Booger, Half Man Half Amazing, Headache, Hot Sauce, Speedy, The Future, The Main Event:
Before you start playing, you are able to choose which Professional Street Baller you want to use. After that, you use your team and go city to city. The team and player you choose may randomize the ballers. Continue playing and unlock a new baller in each city. You should have them all unlocked at the third to last court on your first run. Note: All ballers when unlocked cost $10,000 each.

Athens Minotaurs team:
Win the World Tournament three times. Note: This was done under the Greatest Of All Time difficulty setting.

Kinshasha Warriors team:
Win the World Tournament four times. Note: This was done under the Greatest Of All Time difficulty setting.

London Knights team:
Win the World Tournament two times. Note: This was done under the Greatest Of All Time difficulty setting.

San Juan Coquis team:
Win the World Tournament once. Note: This was done under the Balla difficulty setting.

Volume 4 Mix Tape:
Win the Lord Of The Court at the Rucker.

Masta P Make Em Say Ugh & OOOHHWEE music video:
Successfully complete the game three or four times, depending on the difficulty setting.

Xzibit Front 2 Back music video:
Successfully complete the game three or four times, depending on the difficulty setting.

Alternate clothing colors:
When buying clothes, press Up or Down to change the color of all your clothing.

Unlocking courts:
To unlock the courts you have play through World Tournament mode. When you unlock Coquis, you also unlock the San Juan, Puerto Rico court. Play with them and you will unlock the London court and London team.

Hint: Moves:

Fake Right: Press Up, Down, Right.
Fake Left: Press Up, Down, Left.
Whooow: Press White, Left, Right, Y.
Shamgod: Press L, Black, Up, X.
Maja Look: Hold R + White and press X.
Look Up: Press Black, White, Down, Up, Y.
Slip N Slide: Press R, L, X.

Hint: Placing bets:
After selecting your team and players, etc., you get to the Strip Mall where you can buy clothing. Keep pressing Left and you will move to a new screen. It will open an area with Hair Cuts, Pawn Shop (Buy Ice), and between those shops is the Betting Room. There is also a Tattoo Artist before the Pawn Shop.

Hint: Easy money:
When you first start off, bet on Winner of Game and Leader At Half. Play up until you get to the Dome level. Once you become familiar with the game or already know it, you should have close to $50,000. Easy money winners are, 10 Grand on Winner of Game, Leader At Half, Most FGs, Most 3's, and Most Steals. You have a better chance of stealing and making threes when you become on Fire.

Hint: Easy steals and stop fouling:
Use the following trick if you are having problems because the CPU steals the ball too much, or fouls you to take the ball. To steal the ball easily, hold White (defensive side step) and stay with your opponent while repeatedly pressing X until you steal the ball. If you are tired of the CPU always pushing, set the fouls to "On" in the game rules menu. When the CPU fouls you, you can go to the line to shoot your foul shots.

Go to the PMiller Clothing Line.
Enter Pants and go seven to the left. Make them dark blue.
Enter Shirts and get the sleeveless shirt next to the No Shirt icon. Make it black.
Enter Accessories and go fourteen to the right.
Enter Hats and go over three to the left. Make it black and white.
Go Shoes and go two to the left. Make them black.
Go to the Tattoo Shop and get the money tattoo.
Go To the Pawn Shop and get the DaDa necklace.
