Red Faction 2 Cheat Codes

Glitch: Wind gauge spinning backwards:
When you are outside the lighthouse, there is a wind gauge. It is spinning in the wrong direction.

Disable FMV sequences, briefing, and agent menu:
Start the game with the -c0 command line parameter.

Run specific level:
Start the game with the -l<level name> command line parameter.

Enable screen shots:
Start the game with the -shots command line parameter. Press [Print Screen] to save the current screen as "scrsht##.pcx" in PCX format.

Teleport:
Hold `at the map screen. Select a destination with the cursor keys and type lantfh.

Cheat mode:
Enter one of the following codes while controlling Kyle to enable the corresponding cheat function.

Hint: Item and character duplication:
This trick is best done at the main menu or at a Training Hall.

Cheat mode:
Start a new game and enter edgiesrocks as a name. Every time you press [Space], you will get 100 of every mineral. Note: You cannot get people space using this code.

Mission select:
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "shellcfg.h" file in the "dark\shell\" directory. Change the "#define BTN_MISSION_COEFFICIENT 150" line to "#define BTN_MISSION_COEFFICIENT 157". The new "Cheat" icon in the lower left corner of the screen will allow any mission to be selected on the dial.

Final mission: Easter Egg:
In the final mission, there is a monolith somewhere in the northwest corner of the map. After destroying all enemy forces and accumulating a minimum of 100,000 credits, the Easter Egg will activate when you move any unit near the monolith.

Start the game with the -cmd:"gamegod.studiomode 1;sys.runcode studio" command line parameter. Once the game loads, select "Tools" and "Load". Choose a mission, then click on "Tools" and "Play Mission".
