Enable "follow" mode:
Type dnview, then press [F7] to view Duke from a few feet behind his position.

No enemies:
Type dnmonsters.

Unlock door:
Type dnunlock.

Keys and items:
Type dnitems.

Keys, weapons and ammunition:
Type dnstuff.

Display frame rate:
Type dnrate to display the current frame rate in the top left corner of the screen.

Disable collision detection:
Type dnclip. Duke may now walk through walls. Note: Enabling this code may crash the computer.

Steroid mode:
Type dnhyper.

Money:
Type dncashman, then press [Space] for additional money.

Hidden message:
Hold [Shift] and type F*.

Cheat mode:
Press ~ during game play to display the console window. Then, enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function.

Hint: Extra power-ups:
Collect a power-up, then leave that location and return. The power-up will reappear and may be collected again. Note: The maximum number of nitros that may be collected is five.

Hint: Losing the police:
When chased by the police, you can cut them off by hitting them on the back when they try to cut you off.

Hint: Beating Black Jack:
In Episode 7, Scenes 1, 2, and 3, you can go ahead of younger Black Jack, but not too far. You can beat him to where he needs to go (listen to Luke for when you need to turn).

Hint: Keep Luke hanging out of the window:
When Luke is hanging out of the window, you will need to go drive slower, or he will go back inside the car. Likewise, if you hit anything hewill go back inside.

Hint: Fairgrounds shortcut:
There is a shortcut in the fairgrounds on any two player mode. The shortcut is located towards the end of the lap. As soon as you start seeing the audience, there is a small road on the right with a road block. You can zigzag through the road block and use the ramps to jump over more of the road blocks along the shortcut. It leads to the start/finish line. The shortcut can also be used while racing the other cars.

Hint: Hidden fairgrounds nitro:
A hidden nitro may be found at the fairgrounds on any mode. Get to the point with two jumps and an orange fence. A nitro power-up can be seen on the other side of the fence. Drive through the orange fence to collect it.

Hint: Fastest car:
The fastest car is the "Ace of Spades". It can be unlocked by completing the game under any difficulty setting.

Hint: Porsche 911:
Flip the General six times in the air.

Build up to 99 units at one time:
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the " scenario.pak" file. Change the line "MAXUNIT=25" to "MAXUNIT=99".

Unlimited money:
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the " scenario.pak" file. Find the "Money=" line and change the value that follows to any number up to 32,000. Note: The reader must be used to view this file.

Cheat mode:
Use a text editor to create a dummy file named aesop.exe in the game directory. Type set aesop_diag=1 at the command prompt, then type hack to load the game. Press one of the following keys to activate the corresponding cheat function. Note: Enabling some codes may cause the game to crash in certain places.

Full moon bonus level:
Set the system date to any day on which a full moon falls and begin game play. The bonus level is designated by a flag that contains a circle.

All creatures, buildings, and traps:
Type please give all at the main menu.

Cheat mode:
Use the spell to transfer yourself into one of your minions during game play in the dungeon. Press [F12] while in the minion to display the cheat menu. Use the mouse to highlight a cheat.

Hint: Bile Demon:
Get a temple, then sacrifice three Spiders into the temple waters. A Bile Demon will appear from the temple.

Cheat mode:
Press [Ctrl] + [Alt] + C during game play, then enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function.

Hint: Attacking:
To execute a forward combo, press W to move forward when starting a series of attacks. This is effective when facing a single opponent. To execute a left/right combo, press A or D to move left or right when you start a series of attacks. This is effective against multiple opponents. To execute a chop combo, press S to move back when starting a series of attacks.

Hint: Evasive maneuvers:

Forward Roll: Tap [Forward] twice
Side Roll: Tap [Left] or [Right] twice
Leap Sideways: Press [Left] or [Right] + [Space]
Backflip: [Away] + [Jump]

Hint: Stop coughing:
When a Slime shoots out the green gas, go into your inventory and stay there until you stop coughing.
