Cheat mode (alternate):
Hold O to display the cheat menu in the lower
right part of the screen. Press [Cursor Up] or [Cursor

Hint: Easy money:
Start at Margarita in the tutorial. Go to one of the
other ports and buy as much tobacco as possible, as long as the
price is less than 900. Return to Margarita and sell it here
for 1000 per barrel. Repeat this as often as desired.
Steam ship:
Collect 20 artifacts, then talk to your wife. She
will give you a map which will lead you to your own steam ship.

Use the following trick to unlock all the levels in
the campaign mode. Note: This procedure involves editing a game
file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use
a text editor to edit the "*.usr" file in the folder
with the profile and save game directories. The *.usr file contains
information about the missions and other game options. You will

Type 1234 to an increased time limit and easier
bargaining.
Extra money:
Use the "Player Transfer" icon then select
the option to sell a player. Click on the black space below the
player list. This will result in the sale of a non-player for
$500,000. Repeat this procedure as needed to build your funds.

Enter the 2D match view screen. Highlight the "Match
