Extra tracks in outdoor arcade mode:
Successfully complete outdoor arcade mode to unlock the Scandinavia, Jordan, Greece Sunset, Norway, Iceland, Atlas, Alps, and Canada Rain tracks.

Extra tracks in indoor arcade mode:
Successfully complete indoor arcade mode to unlock the Indoor Scandinavia, Indoor Far West, Indoor Iceland, Indoor Atlas, and Greece Daylight tracks.

Two player tracks in one player mode:
Successfully complete any of the two player indoor or outdoor track series, then save the game. Enter one player mode to access all of the series that were unlocked in two player mode.

Extra monster trucks:
Successfully complete championship mode to unlock three hidden monster trucks.

Hint: Fast start:
Press R + A (using the default controller setting) when "Go" appears during the countdown at the start of the race. If done correctly, you will get a four second boost and also start the race faster.

Arctic Wasteland: Hidden money:
Go through checkpoint 2, but continue straight instead of following the track. Pass between two hangars and continue straight across a small lake. Ahead of you will be an American flag. At the base of this is another hangar. A money box is next to the hangar.

Bayou Flats: Hidden money:
Go through the checkpoint 2. Just before the checkpoint 3 is a canoe. Go in the water by the canoe to find $1110.

Final Destination: Hidden money:
Go through checkpoint 1 and go left around the airplane. Drive straight until you see a pack of airplanes. The money chest is next to the far-left. It contains about $1,345.

Hint: Recommended trucks:
The Chevrolet Silverado (4WD) is a good truck to use in the game.

Hint: Voices:
If you drive long enough, you will start hearing voices saying phrases such as "I have a dream" or "You go faster in reverse".

Hint: Unlocking new teams and players:
Successfully complete a pennant race and defeat all opposing teams. After the animation, you will be awarded with a bonus player and/or bonus team. After you get enough players, you can create your own team using the two player mode.

Duplicate items:
Note: This trick requires a link cable and two Neo-Geo Pocket systems. Save the current game on the "host" system. Link the "host" system to the "guest" system. Trade the item to be duplicated to the "guest" system. Turn off the "host" system. Turn on the "host" system and load the previously saved game. Trade the now duplicated item from the "guest" back to the "host" system.

Level exit:
When low on health or items or just want to exit of the level quickly, select the "Leave" option in the camp screen to return to the world map.

Fight against Alfred:
Successfully complete the first eight stages without using any continues and finish your opponents with P. Power three or more times or S. Power five or more times. Alfred will appear in the bonus stage.

Fight as Alfred:
Defeat Alfred in the bonus stage to unlock his character between Xiangfei and Rick on the selection screen.

Fight as Leo:
Unlock Alfred as a selectable character. Select two player mode, highlight Alfred, then hold B on the character selection screen.

Stage select:
Successfully complete the game one time, then display the options screen.

Classic Kyo:
Highlight Kyo at the character selection screen and press Option to play the King Of Fighters '94 version.

Fight as Bosses:
Successfully complete the game using four full teams, one edit team with Shingo, or one edit team with Leona. Note: This may be done under any difficulty level. One of the six Bosses (Orochi Leona, Orochi Shermie, Orochi Yashiro, Orochi Chris, Orochi, and Orochi Iori) will become available each time that the game is completed.

Short cut moves:
Accumulate 98 or more wins. Press Option when selecting "Extra" or "Advance" mode to use short cut moves. In this mode, press the D-pad + Punch or Kick to execute various difficult moves, or sweep the D-pad in a 1/2-Circle and press Punch or Kick to execute a special move.

Fight as classic Kyo:
Highlight Kyo and press Option at the character selection screen.

Fight as Orochi:
Select "Making" at the main menu then choose Chris as your character. Name him Orochi. Note: Orochi is Chris's alter-ego from King of Fighters 97 and King of Fighters Round-1 .Orochi is also an SNK end Boss.

Last Blade mode:
Press Option when selecting a person at the character selection screen to return to Last Blade mode after Last Blade 2 has been unlocked.
