Bonus borders: Note: This code requires game play on the SNES using a Super Game Boy cartridge. Yoshi border Hold Down and press A at the title screen. Volcano border Hold Left and press A at the title screen. Forest border Hold Up and press A at the title screen. M.C. Escher-style border Hold Down and press Start at the title screen. Cloud border Hold Left and press Start at the title screen. Green moon border Hold Up and press Start at the title screen.

Fight two mode boss battle:
Press B(5), Start at the title screen.

Alternate music:
Press Start, Select during game play.

Level select:
Complete level 100, then continue game play in puzzle mode. Pause game play and press B to select any level from 1 to 100.

Extra points:
Quick and start a level again. One point is gained each time this is done.

Bonus games:
Hold Down + B and press Start at the main menu. Alternatively, hold A + B before the Konami logo appears and wait for the phrase "Press Start" to appear. Press Start while continuing to hold those buttons.

Expert mode:
Press A + Start at the title screen.

Options menu:
Press B + Start at the title screen.
