Random character select:
Hold Left or Right until the pointer begins moving quickly at the character selection screen. Press any button to select a random character.

Alternate costume:
Turn off the "Shortcuts" option. Hold Up (if your character is in the upper row) or Down (if your character is in the lower row) for approximately three seconds and press any button at the character selection screen.

Continue fighting:
Hold L + R after the last round of the match ends to continue hitting your opponent. Alternatively, press Start immediately after winning the match to continue hitting the defeated character.

Fight as U.S. Agent:
Highlight Vega (M. Bison), hold Start, and press any Punch or Kick button. U.S. Agent's uniform will be gray for Punch or green for Kick. Alternatively, hold Start, highlight Vega (M. Bison), hold Up for five seconds, then press Jab + Fierce or Short + Roundhouse.

RPG launcher:
Select the Viper Tank, pause game play, and press A + B + C.

Level select:
Enter TTTTTTTTTTTTGP as a password. Note: This code may not be enabled with the "All weapons" code.

All weapons:
Enter AMMO as a name. Note: This code may not be enabled with the "Level select" code.

Arcade mode:
Press X, Y, X(2), Y, X(3), Y, X(4), Y at the options menu. A sound and the phrase "Arcade Mode Unlocked" will appear at the title screen to confirm correct code entry.

Ranking mode:
Successfully complete the game under any difficulty setting to unlock the ranking mode option at the main menu.

View FMV sequences:
Successfully complete the game, then enter the options screen. Select the "Movie Replay" option to view all FMV sequences that were unlocked during the game.

Invincibility:
Enter ##X0/A><UZ as a password.
