Hold L + R + Z at the title screen and Kirby will say "Hiiiii".

Expert mode:
Hold L + R +C-Up, then press C-Right, C-Left, B at the Kemco logo. A "Super Hard" difficulty setting may now be selected.

Level select:
Select "Story" or "Team" mode, then hold C-Left + C-Right + C-Up + C-Down + R and press Right, Up, Left, Down when the level number is displayed.

Big gloves:
Pause game play and press C-Up, C-Down, C-Up(2), C-Down. The sound of a bell will confirm correct code entry. Enter the code again to return to normal.

Big head mode:
Pause game play and press C-Left, C-Right, C-Left(2), C-Right. The sound of a bell will confirm correct code entry. Enter the code again to return to normal.

Hint: Easy knockdown:
Fill your meter then press R + L + A or B to knock down your opponent regardless of whether he is blocking.

Hint: Moves:

Punch: Press A or B.
Strong left-handed punch: Press R + B.
Strong right-handed punch: Press R + A.
Jab: Press A or B + Analog-stick Up.
Jab: Press A or B + Right.
Jab: Press A or B + Analog-stick Down.
