Fight as same character:
Select two player mode. Choose a fighter for player one. Then, highlight the same character and press L + R + Start on controller two.

Two player Chibiusa mode:
Highlight the "Chibiusa" selection, hold L + R + Select and press Start. A new menu will appear.

Cheat mode:
Hold A on controller two and press Up(2), Down(2), Left(2), Right(2), Up(2), Down(2), Left(2), Right(2), Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Down, Left, Right, B, X, L, R on controller one. You will start the game will all characters with full stats.
